“AQ Plus’s” was a German-based company which specialised in the repair and maintenance of large electric engines and motors. Moreover, they also act as a key node for the buying process of both electric and petrol driven motors for all manner of machines and purposes—while also assisting in the shipping and receiving side of the market.
The scale of the project and region did place a strain to some extent on the development life cycle. However, our team always pushed forward and kept up the hard work. It is possible to reason that the potential language barrier of the project could have been an issue. After all, working internationally can be troublesome for any business—be it small or large alike. Nevertheless, there is one thing that can be grasped no matter the level of understanding of either party involved; that is: simple visual diagrams and fully outlined information.
We found that over the entire process of the project, both our team and the client started to learn from one another. Slowly picking up on key terms and learning about the best ways to present information without wasting time on unnecessary details, while at the same time, also making sure to elaborate on any potentially complex or difficult areas. Of course, each area of development presents its own challenges, but how they are received depends on the client. Thus it is important to work closely with the client and really take in all the direction and guidance they give you. Here at Jukke, we strive to do this as best possible.
